Warranty Policy – Ultimate Mats

At Ultimate Mats, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made floor mats. To give our customers confidence in their purchase, we provide a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.


1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Limited Warranty

  • We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


2. Warranty Claims

2.1 Reporting a Claim
If you believe your custom mat is defective and qualifies under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to report the issue.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photographic evidence if applicable.

2.2 Evaluation and Resolution

  • Once we receive your claim, our team will evaluate whether it falls under the warranty.

  • If approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:

    • Repair – We may repair the defective part of the mat where possible.

    • Replacement – If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement mat that matches your original order as closely as possible.


3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
3.1 Normal Wear and Tear – Damage caused by regular use over time.
3.2 Customer-Induced Damage – Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications made by the customer.
3.3 Color and Design Variations – Slight differences in color or design that occur during production are not considered defects. We strive for accuracy but variations may occur.
