Who Do We Ship With?

We ship exclusively with The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Please note that weekend and public holiday deliveries are not available.

How Long Will It Take?

Most of our products are made to order, unless otherwise specified on the product or collection page. Each item’s lead time is clearly listed for your reference.

Once your order has been manufactured and booked for dispatch, courier times are as follows:

• Johannesburg & Pretoria: Approximately 1 working day

• Other areas in South Africa: Approximately 3–4 working days

You will receive an email notification confirming when your parcel has been dispatched and which courier is handling the delivery.

Please note: Courier times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Ultimate Mats cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Important Information

• A valid telephone number is required for all orders. We cannot ship without it.

• Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect deliveries.

• Delivery times do not include possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
