At Ultimate Mats, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Because each order is unique, we handle returns and refunds with care to ensure fairness to both our customers and our production process.


1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The product does not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order.

  • The product significantly deviates from the approved design.

1.2 Notification and Timeframe

To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

1.3 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and confirm whether your return is eligible. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

1.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved in the following cases:

  • The product received is significantly different from the approved design.

  • The product is damaged or defective.

2.2 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

2.3 Replacement

If your exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product that matches your agreed-upon design and specifications.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind and no longer want the product.

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is personalised with custom details that prevent resale.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

5.1 Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product, or deviation from the agreed design).
5.2 In such cases, Ultimate Mats will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Condition of Returned Items

6.1 Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
6.2 Products that are returned in a damaged state due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

7. Custom-Made Products Policy

7.1 Since all our mats are custom-designed to your specific requirements, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun.
7.2 After this period, cancellations are not possible, as production will already be in progress.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

8.1 If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately by sending detailed photographs and your order number to [customer service email/phone number].
8.2 We will prioritize resolving such issues by either replacing the product or issuing a full refund, depending on your preference.

9. Refund Timeframe

9.1 Once approved, refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
